I came back almost a year later to look at engagement rings and they remembered me from when I got my watches fixed, which shows how much they care about their customers. They helped me find a beautiful ring that was in my price range. They were very friendly and walked me through the whole process considering I had no knowledge about engagement rings. They were not pushy at all which was commendable.

I didn't know my fiance's ring size so I kept it as is. After we came back from our vacation where I proposed, they let us come in and resized the ring for no charge in 30 minutes.

I went just to resize & solder together my new engagement ring & wedding band. As I waited for my repair I scanned the store's jewelry & spotted an amazing gold & diamond ring, designed & crafted by Mr. Shin himself, that I fell in love with. Thankfully, they offered me a discount and I happily purchased new high-quality ring. BTW, the work on my engagement & wedding rings was superb.

Very inviting and professional. My sister had her ring adjusted. They have camera for people working on the ring and it's open to customers to watch! They were done on the same day, you can wait in the waiting chair or just go eye shopping near the store. They so many beautiful jewelry on display. I bought an earring for my child.
