Yes, it's been hard. Very hard as a local family owned business. We do not get outside funding or resources- it's just us supporting the community and the community supporting us. We are ordered to physically close our business due to risk of further exposures.  We have been, since then, counting the days when we can reopen for our Shin Brothers Family. But it is the utmost importance that we take care of our staff and customers.  Our community needs to band together more than ever because we want to keep our Shin Brothers Jewelers legacy going.

We retain the right to refuse a customer who is not adherent to the guidelines.

We are open to in store visits however we are strict on the customer limit capacity. 
Your appointment can be a virtual visit as well to save time!  

Once you arrive:

Call when you are at the parking lot

To identify yourself, ID is required and briefly please remove mask to identify yourself at the door

Masks are required inside the store at all times.

Only 3 separate clients are allowed inside the store at one time

We are requesting our clients keep 6 feet distance from each other

Purchase of Jewelry item will follow normal procedures

Jewelry Repairs and Watch repairs must be left and we cannot do it right away

We appreciate your cooperation as the health and wellness of our clients are our top priority.
